This notice explains the limited personal information handled through this website. It should be reviewed before production launch and whenever the site’s services change.
Information you provide
When you use the inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if provided), inquiry type, and message. When you request a field resource, we receive your first name, email address, the resource requested, and your separate choice about receiving future insights.
How it is used
Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to your message. Resource-request information is used to deliver the requested file, record that delivery, and protect the service from misuse. Occasional insight emails are sent only when you actively select that option. Personal information is not sold.
Service providers
The site may use Vercel for hosting and privacy-conscious site analytics, and Resend for delivery of form messages, resource emails, and—where you have opted in—future insight emails. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and security
Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for the inquiry, an ongoing relationship, or a legal obligation. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask for deletion where applicable, or unsubscribe from future insight emails at any time. Operational emails needed to deliver a resource you request are separate from optional marketing.
